Rep. Orchestra is an ensemble based in Sheffield, UK. Local freelancers, teachers and music students come together to perform unique and innovative concerts in the Steel City.
Rep. began in June 2012 as a scratch ensemble to perform in Upper Chapel. Since then the ensemble has developed into a dedicated and passionate core of musicians, from the finest music students to professional artists.
Season 14/15 was the orchestra's first full concert series. From orchestral tour-de-forces, films with live orchestral soundtrack and brand new commissions, Season 14/15 promised to bring the finest music, performed by the finest musicians, in some of the most beautiful venues in Sheffield.
